Soft eyeliners look like subtle eyeshadow or smoky eyeliner that is soft and subtle, and more natural. This eyeliner makes the eyes look larger and lifted, optically opening them up and making the whole face look fresh and rested. The advantages of semi-permanent eyeliner are to be waterproof, smudge-proof, and long-lasting.
