Focus Fitness UK was established in 2011 by ex-professional footballers Gavin Heeroo and Dougie Freedman, bringing to the table everything they learned from the top-flight of the beautiful game. With our centre open in London, we are the first choice for health and fitness qualifications in the capital.

Our Overall achievement rates for 2019/20 were in excess of 93% with a timely rate of over 88% and have been awarded from Ofsted with an overall “Good” with two “Outstanding” features.
